Modern and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with favourable setting right by the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium, the Center of the city, and the Estrecho metro station, whose line crosses the centre of Madrid and leads directly to the Sol and Gran Vía stations, for example.

perfect place, it was spotless and had fantastic friendly staff at the reception desk by someone we believed to be part of the hospital staff. we really enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel.

The hotel is good value and nestled in a very pleasant building. Make sure you stay in the twin room with good beds. It offers excellent services. The venue has a comfortable and ideal location next to a subway station.

The location is particularly good, and the area is nice local steps away from bars and a stadium...

had a wonderful stay for the 5 night in madrid. the double room was silent like in the picture, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location was fab and incredible, not far from the estrecho metro station, whose line crosses the centre of madrid and leads directly to the sol and gran vía stations, for example and real madrid football ground. fast food restaurant kfc was located 5 minutes walk away. everything was simply really good.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with a subway station just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even printed our boarding passes for free.

Menu for breakfast: It would be great to have more variety in the breakfast options.

the staff were so helpful and friendly the rooms were spotless i could not believe it was only a 2 star !!!-they even had travel toothbrushes and razors in the room as well as shower gel etc..very impressed indeed !

Excellent location, only 50m from Entrechor metro station. Convenient for city center and Sol station. Authentic Chinese restaurant nearby. Self-service laundry at 300m. Clean, spacious bathroom. Large security box in room. Good air-conditioning. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the hotel was located directly next to the Metro, which made traveling very convenient.

There was barely enough space to place my luggage, but other than that, everything was good for me.

Good breakfast, functional double room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and free wireless internet access and a chair. Good location in a nice local area very close to which goes straight into the centre, airport via metro and shops and restaurants. Local food in the restaurants such as Thai Zas, located 5 min away.

Had a good stay for business trip, everything was really good. My breakfast was particularly nice with fresh fruit. All the staff was very helpful, resolved my issues. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium...
